Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, changes, and refunds are handled for bookings made via centrovuelos on centrovuelos.live. Because we work with many airlines and accommodation partners, individual rules may vary. The terms shown on the checkout page for your chosen fare or room type always apply first.
Hotel cancellations
Each hotel rate states whether it is Refundable, Partially Refundable, or Non-Refundable. Refundable bookings can typically be cancelled free of charge until a specified cutoff (often 24–72 hours before check-in). If you cancel after the cutoff, the property may charge the first night or a percentage of the stay. Non-refundable rates are usually cheaper but cannot be cancelled without a charge. Where local law grants a right to withdraw, we’ll follow those rules.
Flight cancellations and changes
Airline tickets are governed by the fare rules set by the carrier. Some fares permit date or time changes for a fee, while others prohibit changes entirely. Many short-haul economy tickets are non-refundable after purchase. If your fare allows refunds, we will process them according to the airline’s rules once we receive the returned value from the carrier. Name changes are generally restricted and may require re-issuance.
How to cancel
If your rate is refundable, contact our team at +34 960102254 with your booking reference, or reply to your confirmation email. For hotels, we can usually cancel immediately and send a confirmation. For flights, processing may take longer while we coordinate with the airline’s system. If your booking was made with a non-refundable rate, we can still request a waiver in exceptional cases (hospitalization, bereavement, schedule changes), but approval is at the partner’s discretion.
No-show
If you do not check in at the hotel or miss your flight without cancelling, the provider may treat the reservation as a no-show. No-show penalties often equal the first night for hotels or the full value for flights. We recommend cancelling as soon as your plans change to minimize fees.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Banks may take 5–10 business days to post credits. If you used multiple forms of payment, we’ll return funds proportionally. If a refund has not appeared after 10 business days, contact us and your card issuer so we can trace it together.
Schedule changes and disruptions
If an airline makes a significant schedule change or cancels a flight, you may be entitled to a refund or rebooking per the carrier’s policy and applicable regulations. For hotel overbookings or closure, the property will offer alternatives or a refund. We’ll help coordinate the best option for you.
