When searching hotels, combine filters like “Wi-Fi”, “Breakfast”, and “Pool” to quickly get to the stays that fit your style and budget.

Booking with confidence

When you click “View / Book” on a hotel or “Select” on a flight, we show a clean summary of what’s included, taxes and fees, and the total cost for all travelers. You’ll enter passenger or guest details, add a contact, and confirm. Your confirmation screen includes a reference number and the key details you’ll need for check-in or airport staff. We’ll also email your itinerary if you provide an address during checkout.

Changes and cancellations

Plans shift—we get it. Many rates allow free changes or cancellation until a cutoff time. Look for badges like “Free cancellation” or “Refundable” before booking. Once booked, see our Cancellation Policy for cutoffs and costs. If a booking doesn’t show a free-change badge, fees may apply and are set by the airline or accommodation partner. If you’re unsure, contact us before you cancel so we can explain your options.

Payment and security

We accept major cards and use secure processing that meets industry standards. For your safety, we’ll never ask for your card details by email or social media. If someone does, it’s not us. Special requests and accessibility

Need an early check-in, baby cot, pet-friendly room, or assistance at the airport? Add a note during checkout and we’ll pass the request to our partner. We can’t guarantee availability, but we work with properties and carriers to do our best. For medical or mobility needs, call us so we can coordinate properly.

When something goes wrong

If you experience a problem at the hotel or during your flight, reach out to the provider first—they can often solve it on the spot. If you still need help, contact centrovuelos with your booking reference and a brief description. We’ll liaise with the partner to put things right or explain next steps. Keep receipts and any written confirmation: they help us resolve claims more quickly.
